Take a look at the Bouncie OBD GPS Vehicle Tracker
We were anxious to see how this device worked as it seems to have great reviews on Amazon. The Bouncie tracker appears to be perfect for a parent tracking a child who is just getting their license, or even for businesses looking to track delivery/fleet vehicles. Setup is extremely easy since all you have to do is plug the device into your OBD port and have an active subscription. No need to recharge the device as the tracker gets power from the vehicle. The device features a mobile app you can download and the interface allows you to see your tracking data as well as some other cool features that Bouncie offers. Some of those features include geo-circles (zones that will alert you if the tracker enters/exits), speedometer recording, hard-braking alerts, miles driven, curfew, and the device can connect to smart devices like Alexa.
The device updates location every 5 seconds, stores that data, then sends it to Bouncie’s server every minute. So the map in your mobile app should change every minute or so if you are viewing in real-time. The Bouncie GPS tracker works on the 3G network, so that is going to be AT&T for most users in the US. Per their website, Bouncie says that the device will only work in the US and Canada, so likely would not be an option for a trip overseas or for other international use.

Worth Checking Out
We really like this tracker because of everything you get for a really low monthly fee of $8 per month per device. If you have 3 devices, the monthly fee is only $20! That is extremely inexpensive compared to a lot of trackers we see that offer a lot of the same features. After using the tracker a bit we feel like this tracker does everything as advertised. Bouncie seems to do a great job at providing a quality vehicle tracker at an affordable price for the hardware and the subscription. The devices are sold by Bouncie on their website and Amazon. We suggest checking out Amazon for further reviews of verified purchasers so you can see what other people are saying about the device that tried it out as well.
